For nearly five decades, Groupe La Tanière has shaped Quebec's gastronomic landscape. Founded in 1977 by Laurier Therrien, what began as a pioneering restaurant in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures has evolved into a group of four distinct establishments in the heart of Old Quebec City.
Under the leadership of Karen Therrien and Frédéric Laplante since 2002, the Group has earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious 4 Diamond CAA/AAA rating. In 2014, the opening of Légende marked a shift toward bistronomy, quickly followed by inclusion in Canada's Top 100 Restaurants.
